Our primary role is to obtain planning permission and building regulation approvals from a diverse range of projects.
The work of the practice and the skills involved since the formation in 2003 has resulted in a broad portfolio of architectural projects including the following:

Since its inception the practice has demonstrated an exceptional record in achieving planning permission and are proud to have secured 95% of all planning applications submitted which is a testament to our level of service, good design at the outset and commitment to each project.
Maydean Design (Architecture) Limited undertake all their work on the latest AutoCAD computerised drawing programmes which assists in the integration of information with other consultants.
