For residential projects we will meet with you at your home or development site to review your project and discuss the aims for your scheme to get you off to the best possible start. We can provide informal planning guidance and advise on issues that are likely to affect your project, discuss possible ideas and alternatives which you may not have thought of.

From this meeting we then provide a fixed fee quotation for our Architectural services unique to your project and circumstances.
